Services are available strictly by prior reservation and are subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, and operational conditions at the time of service.
All bookings must be made in advance through the company’s website or via direct communication. A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives written confirmation by email or message. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight or vessel information, contact details, and any special requirements at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in euros and include the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, and applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any changes requested after confirmation, including route modifications, additional stops, or extra services, may result in additional charges.
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are clearly communicated during the booking process. Full or partial prepayment may be required to secure a reservation.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy published on the website. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds are issued in cases of no-shows or cancellations made outside the allowed timeframe.
For airport pickups, reasonable waiting time is included and adjusted for documented flight delays, provided accurate flight information has been supplied. For all other pickup locations, drivers will wait for a limited period as specified during booking.
Extended waiting time, additional stops, or delays caused by the passenger may result in extra charges. Smart Luxury Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, strikes, accidents, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Passengers are required to comply with all applicable Greek traffic laws and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of seat belts. Any behavior that compromises safety, legality, or the comfort of the driver or other passengers may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
The consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or any form of abusive, aggressive, or unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited during the service.
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity based on its category. Customers must declare all luggage, including large or special items, at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service or the need for a larger vehicle at additional cost.
Child seats and booster seats are available upon request and subject to availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to request the appropriate seat type during booking and to ensure its suitability for the child.
In exceptional circumstances, Smart Luxury Transfers reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with another of similar or higher category to ensure service continuity, without additional charge.
Smart Luxury Transfers’ liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Greek law. The company shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, missed connections, or consequential damages.
The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and applicable data protection legislation. Customer information is used solely for service provision, booking management, and communication related to the reservation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
